The present invention relates to a construction method for a uninterruptible power distribution for a bypass cable, and more particularly to a construction method for uninterruptible power distribution without a bypass cable intermediate connection point by using an individually openable single-phase multi-branch switchgear for construction, wherein the method allows the switchgear for construction to be directly connected to an uninterruptable transformer device and branch line without using an intermediate connection member and branch connection member of the bypass cable, thus allowing the omission of a switchgear for construction installed in a branch-line pole, by using an individually openable single-phase multi-branch switchgear for construction having a structure of a single phase input and three outputs to allow the switchgear for construction directly connected to the uninterruptable transformer device and branch line when operating each of the A phases of three extra-high voltage phases. The construction method can be easily applied in a complicated downtown area and improve the convenience and stability of operations, such as by preventing a voltage drop generated in a temporary connection point, by preventing traffic congestion, and danger to pedestrians passing through.
