A flexible OLED-based display panel, a seamless splicing display apparatus, and a manufacturing method therefor, the display panel comprising a flexible substrate (11), and an organic light emitting layer (12) and a thin film packaging layer (13) arranged sequentially on the flexible substrate (11), a first side of the flexible substrate (11) being thinned to form a first splicing part (111) and a second side of the flexible substrate (11) being thinned to form a second splicing part (112), the surface of the first splicing part (111) being provided with a drive circuit and a control chip (113), and the organic light emitting layer (12) extending to and covering the second splicing part (112). The manufacturing method for the seamless splicing display apparatus comprises the following steps: manufacturing a thinned first splicing part (111) and second splicing part (112) on a flexible substrate (11), manufacturing an organic light emitting layer (12) on the flexible substrate (11), respectively manufacturing a drive circuit and a display circuit for the first splicing part (111) and the second splicing part (112) and, using thin film packaging, overlapping and joining together the second splicing part (12) and first splicing part (111) of two adjacent flexible substrates (11). Thus, seamless splicing of two adjacent display panels can be achieved; manufacturing costs are low and display effects are good.
