METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR OVERALL RECYCLING TREATMENT OF END-OF-LIFE VEHICLE

Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for overall recycling treatment of an end-of-life vehicle, the method comprising: a step 1 of pre-treating the end-of-life vehicle: conveying the vehicle to a cleaning station for cleaning the complete vehicle, and then conveying the vehicle to an oil draining station for draining the waste oil and liquid from the vehicle and recycling the different waste oil and liquid by category, and then moving the end-of-life vehicle to a totally closed environment to detonate safety airbags; a step 2 of disassembling the end-of-life vehicle: detaching components and parts available for re-manufacturing from the complete end-of-life vehicle and placing same by category; and a step 3 of crushing and sorting: conveying the disassembled vehicle body and components and parts unavailable for re-manufacturing to a crushing station for crushing, then conveying the crushed materials to a sorting station to successively sort out iron by means of magnetic separation and sort out crushed materials of different particle sizes by means of a drum screen, and then separately conveying the crushed materials of different particle sizes to sort out light-weight materials by means of air, and sorting out non-ferrous metals from the remaining crushed materials by means of eddy current, and finally sorting out stainless steel by means of induction, thereby maximizing the recycling of various metal and plastic resources from the end-of-life vehicle. Further provided is an apparatus using the treatment method.
