ON-LINE DETECTION METHOD FOR VISCOSITY OF POLY(P-PHENYLENE TEREPHTHALAMIDE) RESIN

摘要

An on-line detection method for the viscosity of poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide) (PPTA) resin in the field of aramid resin viscosity detection. In the method, the viscosity of the aramid resin is measured by means of an aramid resin extruder motor torque and a rotation rate. The detection method has the advantages of a simple process, a fast measurement rate, good measurement repeatability, low costs, and the like.
