The present invention relates to Universal and Interchangeable equipments and methods for gastro-intestinal single incision laparoscopic surgery (SILS) and natural orifice trans-luminal surgery (NOTES) (P). Said invention provides versatile, adaptable and rigid platform through different access routes for trans-umbilical, trans-anal, trans-oral, retroperitoneal, trans-vaginal, trans-rectal and trans-gastric surgeries; termed as trans-umbilical ports, trans-anal ports, trans-oral ports, retroperitoneal ports, trans-vaginal ports, trans-rectal ports and trans-gastric ports. Said ports are versatile for all gastrointestinal operations from single incision, natural orifice access routes. Depending on the patient built, the disease conditions and the degree of difficulty encountered during the surgery, said ports are changed from one diameter to another or from one length to another.
