Provided is a dephosphorization apparatus for dephosphorizing hot metal, the dephosphorization apparatus having: a converter; a top-blown lance for blowing oxygen gas into the converter; a first gas line for supplying the oxygen gas to the top-blown lance; a first dispenser holding a CaO source which is sprayed from the top-blown lance together with the oxygen gas; and a second dispenser holding at least an Al₂O₃ source which is sprayed from the top-blown lance together with the oxygen gas.
