An ice making machine set and a refrigeration system, the ice making machine set comprising: a vertical fluid storage tank (2), which is vertically arranged and which is provided with a fluid inlet port and an air outlet port, a refrigeration compressor (3), an oil separator (6) and an oil storage tank (7); a bottom end of the vertical fluid storage tank (2) is provided with a fluid outlet port; an air intake valve (8) is connected between the air outlet port of the vertical fluid storage tank (2) and an inlet end of the refrigeration compressor (3); an outlet end of the refrigeration compressor (3) is used for communicating with an inlet end of the oil separator(6), while a fluid outlet end of the oil separator (6) is used for communicating with an inlet end of the oil storage tank (7); a throttle valve (12) is connected to the fluid inlet port of the vertical fluid storage tank (2); the ice making machine set also comprises a valve (13), which is used for controlling the fluid outlet port of the vertical fluid storage tank (2) opening and closing. By means of using a vertically arranged vertical fluid storage tank (2), the static pressure of a refrigerant liquid may be increased so as to reduce an air etching phenomena of a liquid pump, while the amount of lubricating oil to be filled in the refrigerant may be reduced.
