The present invention relates to the technical field of charging/exchanging facility program upgrade, and specifically provides a charging/exchanging facility program upgrade method based on a mobile terminal, aimed at solving the problems of high upgrade cost and low applicability of existing charging/exchanging facility programs. For the purpose thereof, the method comprises the steps as follows: downloading an upgrade package of a charging/exchanging facility to a mobile terminal; the mobile terminal establishing a communication connection with the charging/exchanging facility when the mobile terminal reaches a predetermined range of the charging/exchanging facility; and transmitting the program to the charging/exchanging facility via the communication connection, so as to implement program upgrade. The method downloads an upgrade package to a charging/exchanging facility by means of a mobile terminal for performing program upgrade, requiring neither special working personnel to implement field upgrade nor the charging/exchanging facility to have the function of directly connecting the Internet, thereby achieving the purpose of upgrading the charging/exchanging facility program with low costs and without the limitation of environmental conditions.
