INFORMATION EXCHANGE METHOD AND SYSTEM COMBINING ROBOT AND BIG DATA

An information exchange method and system combining a robot and big data. An information exchange system obtains an infrared thermal image of the inside of each high-rise building, which is reported by the registered high-rise building in a city; for each high-rise building, when the information exchange system determines that an elevator of the high-rise building has a hidden fire hazard according to the infrared thermal image of the inside of the high-rise building, the information exchange system computes a straight-line distance between the position of each registered loudspeaker device and the position of the high-rise building; when the information exchange system determines that a target loudspeaker device having a straight-line distance with the position of the high-rise building being smaller than a specified threshold exists among registered loudspeaker devices, the information exchange system sends a fire warning voice comprising the position information and a building name of the high-rise building having a hidden fire hazard, to the target loudspeaker device and a service center through the internet of things; and the target loudspeaker device plays the fire warning voice. The hidden fire hazard of the high-rise building can be known by the outside world in time; and financial management is performed on a financial management account corresponding to a user identifier corresponding to the target robot.
