SYSTEM FOR MAINTAINING AND SAFETY-MANAGING INFRASTRUCTURE MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENT BY USING MOBILE APPLICATION

The present invention relates to a system for maintaining and safety-managing an infrastructure measurement instrument by using a mobile application, the system: conveniently and efficiently inspecting, through a mobile terminal, a measurement instrument provided in infrastructure including a bridge, a tunnel, an underground structure, and the like; and uploading, to a server of a control center in a site, damage to the structure, corrective measures, or the like through a visual examination so as to provide support such that the same can be reflected in the maintenance and safety management of the structure. Specifically, the system comprises: one or more sensors provided in a particular member of a structure to be managed and generating and outputting sensing information according to the movement of the member; a wireless tag having unique identification information, and connected to the sensors so as to collect sensing information outputted from the sensors and transmit the identification information and the collected sensing information by an external request signal; a manager terminal for receiving and displaying the identification information and the sensing information transmitted from the wireless tag, and inputting inspection information on the visual examination of a corresponding sensor and member and transmitting the same; and an operation server including a database in which management information for each member for the structure to be managed is stored, providing access authority of the manager terminal to the database, and uploading the inspection information transmitted from a selected manager terminal so as to update the management information stored in the database.
