The present invention provides a sausage sizzle holder and serving tray comprising an elongated body portion comprising a plurality of channels, wherein an included angle of the plurality of channels is about 55 degrees to 75 degrees to receive and hold a sausage sizzle sandwich therein, a flange extending outwardly from each end of the body portion and at least one foot connected to the body portion such that a base of the plurality of channels will lie above a supporting surface.
