A dual-Y-shaped shoulder strap, comprising a surface-layer elastic braided belt and an inner-layer elastic braided belt which are mutually superposed and sewed. The surface-layer elastic braided belt and the inner-layer elastic braided belt are sewed and connected in the length direction of the shoulder strap so that the surface-layer elastic braided belt and the inner-layer elastic braided belt on two sides of the sewing position can be mutually separated. A sports bra based on a dual-Y-shaped shoulder strap, comprising: a cup body divided into a left cup portion and a right cup portion: side portions connected to the cup body and divided into a left side portion connected with the left cup portion and a right side portion connected with the right cup portion; a closed binding portion connected to the lower edge of the cup body and the lower edges of the side portions; and a dual-Y-shaped shoulder strap divided into a left shoulder strap and a right shoulder strap. One end of the left shoulder strap is connected to the left cup portion, and the other end of the left shoulder strap is connected to the tail end of the right side portion; one end of the right shoulder strap is connected to the right cup portion, and the other end of the right shoulder strap is connected to the tail end of the left cup portion. By means of the shoulder strap, the comfort level and production efficiency of a bra are improved.
