Disclosed is a communication system based on a satellite antenna, which is used for solving the problem of an existing satellite antenna only supporting wired access. The communication system based on a satellite antenna in the embodiments of the present solution comprises: a satellite communication system and a satellite antenna, wherein the satellite antenna is in wireless communication connection with the satellite communication system; a wireless access module is built in to the satellite antenna; and the satellite antenna is in wireless communication connection with a first terminal by means of the wireless access module. Also provided is a satellite antenna.
