A cable-suspended installation apparatus for a frameless photovoltaic module and a cable-suspended system. Said installation apparatus (10) is used for fixing a frameless photovoltaic module (20) to a horizontal pulling-cable (30) of a cable-suspended system, the installation apparatus (10) comprising a flexible plate (11) and a cushion block (12); the flexible plate being a flexible flat plate, the flexible plate covering the horizontal pulling-cable and then the two ends being fixed to the frameless photovoltaic module; the cushion block being provided on the frameless photovoltaic module and cooperating with the flexible plate to clamp the horizontal pulling-cable. By means of providing a flexible plate and a cushion block and the flexible plate covering the horizontal pulling-cable and then cooperating with the cushion block to clamp the horizontal pulling-cable, the frameless photovoltaic module is fixed to the horizontal pulling-cable, thereby the frameless photovoltaic module is fixed to the whole cable-suspended system, improving the installation reliability of frameless photovoltaic module, and preventing the possible fracture of frameless photovoltaic module.
