The present invention provides a needle-free solution-injecting device which can inject a solution into a living body without use of a needle. The needle-free solution-injecting device of the present invention comprises: a body; a solution holding member which holds a solution and is disposed on one side of the body while being exposed so as to come into contact with the skin of a living body; a heat lamp which emits light to heat the solution holding member and is disposed opposite the solution holding member in the body; a power supply disposed in the body to supply power to the heat lamp; and a control unit disposed in the body and electrically connected to the power supply and the heat lamp to control the same, wherein the solution holding member is heated by the heat lamp, and thus the solution is injected into the living body through the skin in contact with the solution holding member.
