Disclosed is an OCT catheter withdrawal apparatus capable of achieving precise positioning. The apparatus comprises a bronchofiberscope body (1), a clamping device, a lead screw step motor (6) and a controller, wherein the lead screw step motor (6) is electrically connected to the controller; the lead screw step motor (6) is disposed on the bronchofiberscope body (1), and a lead screw nut of the lead screw step motor (6) is in transmission connection with the clamping device; and an OCT catheter (5) successively runs through the clamping device and the bronchofiberscope body (1). The OCT catheter withdrawal apparatus is based on the OCT principle and combines precise positioning technology and OCT catheter withdrawal technology so as to realize a precise medical diagnosis for a lumen of a human body.
