The invention relates to a viscoelastic solution comprising: a polysaccharide selected from hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, keratan, keratan sulfate, dermatan sulfate, heparin, heparan sulfate, chitosan, xanthanes, alginates and carrageenans, or one of the salts thereof; and an antifibrinolytic agent selected from tranexamic acid, epsilon aminocaproic acid, protamine and desmopressin. The invention also relates to the use thereof in rhumatology.
