A bulb (9) is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the fixed lamp shade (8). A winding post (10) is fixedly mounted on the right side of the lamp post (3). A pull steel rope (11) is sheathed on the outer side of the winding post (10). A mounting post top (12) is fixedly mounted at the top of the lamp post (3). According to the convenient-to-change smart city street lamp, a repaired lamp, as a whole, can be directly conveyed to a middle-upper portion of the lamp post (3), thereby facilitating the overall mounting process of the street lamp.
