A nitrogen, phosphorus, chlorine co-doped carbon material, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. The nitrogen, phosphorus, chlorine co-doped carbon material is prepared by the following steps: S1, mixing a halogenated conjugated diene, a phosphorus source and a heteroaromatic hydrocarbon, and reacting same under high pressure, closed conditions to obtain a first product; S2, cooling, washing, and drying the first product to obtain a second product; and S3, subjecting the second product to a high-temperature treatment in an inert atmosphere, so as to obtain the nitrogen, phosphorus, chlorine co-doped carbon material. The nitrogen, phosphorus, chlorine co-doped carbon material has excellent electrical properties, being able to be used in the field of supercapacitors.
