Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a human face anti-counterfeit detection method and system, a program and a medium. The method comprises: obtaining depth information of a human face in a plurality of images to be detected by means of the plurality of images to be detected comprising the human face collected by a multi-view camera; performing consistency comparison on the obtained depth information of the human face and preset human face depth information; and determining whether the human face passes through anti-counterfeit detection according to the consistency comparison result. The embodiments of the present application achieve effective human face anti-counterfeit detection by using the depth information in the images collected by the multi-view camera.
