The present invention relates to a flexographic printing or gravure printing aqueous ink composition which changes color according to a pH change. The present invention provides the flexographic printing or gravure printing aqueous ink composition which changes color according to a pH change, the composition comprising: a gum rosin condensate, which is a condensate obtained by condensing gum rosin and one or more selected from the group consisting of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, and a mixture thereof; a water-soluble resin; a pH indicator; an organic acid; a solvent; a silane-based compound; and a binder, thereby being environmentally friendly and having excellent adhesive strength while having a drying rate similar to that of an oily ink.
