Disclosed is an intervertebral foraminal minimally invasive channel device with a precise positioning function. The device comprises a positioning channel tube (2), an expansion tube (1) and an abrasion drill (3), wherein the positioning channel tube (2) is pluggably sleeved in the expansion tube (1) and comprises a positioning rod (21) and a guiding tube (22) located on one side of the positioning rod (21), the axis of the guiding tube (22) is parallel to the axis of the positioning rod (21), a positioning head part (211) of the positioning rod (21) extends out of the guiding tube (22) in the length direction, and the abrasion drill (3) is pluggably sleeved in the guiding tube (22). The intervertebral foraminal minimally invasive channel device with the precise positioning function has the positioning rod (21) and the guiding tube (22), and thus can position preciselyt the grinding interference part to exposure the affected part for surgery, improve the positioning-free slipping phenomenon, and reduce surgical risk of a patient and operation difficulty.
