In the formwork device (10), multiple horizontal walings (102) are disposed on a back surface of a formwork (101), the horizontal walings (102) are connected to a vertical truss-type waling (103), the vertical truss-type waling (103) is connected to one end of a sliding bar (113) via an adjustable formwork shaft (104), the other end of the sliding bar (113) is connected to the bottom of the vertical truss-type waling (103) via a connecting member (105), and the connecting member (105) is connected to the bearing tripod (107). The sliding bar (113) is also connected to the top of the bearing tripod (107) via a telescopic driving device.
