EXCAVATOR CONTROL SYSTEM HAVING AUTOMATIC PRE-WARNING FUNCTION

An excavator control system having an automatic pre-warning function. The system comprises intelligent machinery and a mobile terminal. The intelligent machinery and mobile terminal have a bi-directional electrical connection therebetween. The intelligent machinery comprises a controller. An input end of the controller is electrically connected to a first feedback module, an amplifier, and an output end of a parameter configuration module. The output end of the controller is electrically connected to an input end of a data acquisition module. The excavator control system having an automatic pre-warning function enables delivery of detected information of a sensor group to the mobile terminal by means of connections of a wireless signal transceiving module 1 and a wireless signal transceiving module 2, and sounds an alarm by means of an alarm 2, such that an operator can cut the power and stop operation of an excavator by using a switch module to control a relay, and perform maintenance and repair work in a timely manner.
