Provided are a crosshead bearing, a crosshead, a frame, and a crosshead internal combustion engine. The present invention comprises: a semi-circular cylindrical bearing body (71); a bearing surface (72) provided on the inner surface of the bearing body (71); a communication hole (75) as a communication section, the communication hole (75) extending through the bearing body (71) in the thickness direction thereof; and a tilted groove (76) as a sloped section, the tilted groove (76) being formed in the inner surface of the bearing body (71) and having a depth increasing from the opposite axial ends of the bearing body (71) toward the center thereof.
