摘要
The invention can be used in light-emitting diodes. Hydroxides of yttrium, cerium, gallium and aluminum are mixed. The mixture obtained is ground. Annealing is then carried out at 600-800 °С for 3-4 hours. Barium fluoride, pre-ground to an average diameter of 5 μm, and ammonium chloride in a quantity of 4-5% of the total mass of the oxides are then added to the mixture of oxides obtained. The mixture is milled in a rolling mill for 12 hours and calcined in a forming gas medium at 1500-1600 °С. Calcination is performed for 4-8 hours to obtain a luminophore having an average particle size of 4-8 μm. Calcination is performed for 8-12 hours to obtain a luminophore with an average particle size of 14-17 μm. A finely dispersed luminescent material having yellow-coloured and green-coloured luminescence is obtained to create a resultant white light in light-emitting diodes. The technical result is reduced duration of the process, increased crystallinity and tapped density of the luminophore obtained and, as a result, increased brightness of the luminescence.
