An outdoor unit bracket for a kitchen air conditioner, said bracket comprising a bracket body (1) and a welding piece (15), the bracket body (1) being provided with a cavity, a bottom end of the bracket body (1) being fixed to a fixing frame (9), one side of the fixing frame (9) being welded to a support plate (4) via the welding piece (15), an outdoor unit placement rod (7) being connected to the support plate (4), one end of the outdoor unit placement rod (7) being provided with a high strength bolt (10), a bottom end of the support plate (4) being mounted with a damping spring (13), the damping spring (13) being connected to a support rod (14). A top end of the bracket body is mounted with a rain cover, so that the bracket can prevent rain and snow erosion, and can also prevent an outdoor unit from being exposed to the sun. An inner portion of the support plate is provided with a groove, so that the outdoor unit placement rod can move within the groove, so as to adjust the distance between two outdoor unit placement rods, so that the bracket is suitable for different types of outdoor unit.
