ROAD AHEAD WEATHER EARLY WARNING METHOD AND EARLY WARNING SYSTEM

A road ahead weather early warning method and an early warning system. The method comprises: recording a number of early warning kilometres (S100); when a user is driving a vehicle, detecting weather conditions on the road within the number of early warning kilometres in the direction of travel of the vehicle (S101); when extreme weather is present on the road within the number of early warning kilometres in the direction of travel of the vehicle, prompting the user (S102). The method and system record the number of early warning kilometres, and provide an early warning to the user when the user is driving the vehicle and extreme weather is present within the preset road kilometres, so that the user can know the weather conditions in advance, and take effective action in advance.
