A vehicle-mounted intelligent device and safety precaution method, server and system based thereon. The method comprises: presetting one or more alarm triggering conditions in a vehicle-mounted intelligent device; when the alarm triggering condition is satisfied, transmitting alarm information in a preset format from a back end of the vehicle-mounted intelligent device to a preset target terminal, collecting driving information of a vehicle mounted with the vehicle-mounted intelligent device and transmitting the same to a server, such that the server provides driving information of a target vehicle to a query sender according to a query command for querying the driving information of the target vehicle received from a query interface for driving information.
