The present invention can provide a data processing system using a strain measurement sensor applied to a body, and a processing method therefor, the system comprising: a strain measurement sensor configured to come into close contact with the skin so as to allow the length thereof to extend according to the stretching of the skin such that the resistance thereof increases, and using changes of a nano-crack; a measurement unit configured to measure the resistance of the strain measurement sensor; and a processing unit, which includes a lookup table for storing data on a plurality of patterns of which the resistance changes, and receives a resistance value from the measurement unit and compares patterns of resistance change so as to output matched data. According to the present invention, the data processing system using a strain measurement sensor applied to the body and the data processing method using the same can measure body movements by using the strain measurement sensor, which can be modified with little force and has high sensitivity, so as to be usable as a method capable of forming simple and small muscular movements as data and transmitting the same.
