The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an Acacia fermentation salt, which has a low content of sodium chloride compared to existing salt while maintaining a salty taste, and to the Acacia fermentation salt manufactured by the method. The Acacia fermentation salt according to the present invention is effective for prevention and improvement of various adult diseases due to the low content of sodium chloride, which is a main component of salt, and is rich in minerals, which is beneficial to health. In addition, the present Acacia fermentation salt retains the salty taste and has added acacia flavor to remove fishy smell and odor, thereby being used as seasoning which is a function of salt.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
