A titanium-based powder excellent in fluidity and shape retention and a solvent and a squeezed product obtained from the titanium-based powder are provided. A titanium-based powder having an average circularity of 0.815 or more and less than 0.870, a CV value of a particle diameter of 22 or more and 30 or less, and an angle of repose of 29 or more and 36 or less.
