The present invention relates to an energy storage capacitor having a composite electrode structure, which comprises: a case; a winding body disposed inside the case; and an electrolyte stored inside the case. The winding body includes: a first positive electrode foil having a first positive electrode lead plate connected to one side of one surface thereof, and having an activated carbon layer formed on the other side thereof; a first negative electrode foil having the other surface thereof disposed to face one surface of the first positive electrode foil, having the activated carbon layer formed at one side of the other surface thereof, and having a first negative electrode lead plate connected to the other side thereof; a second negative electrode foil having the other surface thereof to face one surface of a first negative electrode material, having a second negative lead plate connected to one side of one surface thereof, and having a lithium titanium oxide (LTO) layer formed on the other side thereof; a second positive electrode foil disposed to face one surface of the second negative electrode foil, having the activated carbon layer formed on one side thereof, and a second positive electrode lead plate connected to the other side thereof; and a plurality of separation membranes separately disposed between the first positive electrode foil, the first negative electrode foil, the second negative electrode foil, and the second positive electrode foil. The first positive electrode lead plate is electrically connected to the second positive electrode lead plate, and the first negative electrode lead plate is electrically connected to the second negative electrode lead plate.
