The present invention relates to a ball-like light/heat-emission fiber assembly with excellent whiteness, which is produced by the following steps: spraying and applying a light/heat-emission material to at least one or two single fibers selected among a polyamide-based single fiber, a polyester-based single fiber, and a polypropylene-based single fiber; separating the single fiber via opening and blending; and forming the same into a shape of balls. The light/heat-emission material is a mixture containing at least one or two of antimony-doped tin oxide (ATO), indium tin oxide (ITO), and a group 4 metal oxide, and a degree of whiteness (L*) is 90-99.
