The present invention relates to a polyester film showing an excellent heat resistance and not causing an oligomer at high temperature, and a transparent conductive film including the same. The polyester film according to the present invention may include a center layer comprising a first polyester resin, and a surface layer formed on both surfaces of the center layer and comprising a second polyester resin.
