The present method relates to a manufacturing method of a decorative glass panel having metal texture added to a printing surface thereof, and the decorative glass panel obtained by the manufacturing method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method which is capable of further improving marketability by enabling a metal texture to be formed on the printing surface of a glass layer surface, and the decorative glass panel obtained by the manufacturing method. The manufacturing method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step (S100) of applying a transparent adhesive having adhesion with glass onto the surface of a glass layer (10) to form an adhesive layer (20); a step (S200) of forming a printing layer (30) by drying the printed character or pattern with a UV lamp while printing a character or pattern using a UV ink after drying the adhesive layer (20); and a step (S300) of forming a deposition layer (40) by vacuum-depositing a metal after forming the printing layer (30). The manufacturing method according to the other embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step (S150) of silk-screen printing a transparent adhesive which is mixed with pearl and has adhesion with glass onto the surface of the glass layer (10) to form a pearl adhesive layer (25); a step (S200) of forming the printing layer (30) by drying the printed character or pattern with the UV lamp while printing the character or pattern using the UV ink after drying the pearl adhesive layer (25); and a step (S300) of forming the deposition layer (40) by vacuum-depositing the metal after forming the printing layer (30).
