Disclosed is a mold for forming a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) product used for forming CFRP in a specific shape. The disclosed mold for forming a CFRP product comprises: an upper mold having an upper core and an upper disk supporting the upper core; and a lower mold having a lower core and a lower disk supporting the lower core. When the upper mold and the lower mold are matched, a compression space in which a CFRP plate is compressed is formed. A plurality of non-isothermal heaters are formed to heat the compression space in at least one of the upper core and the lower core. The heating temperature of the plurality of non-isothermal heaters is not united to one temperature for uniform temperature distribution in the entire area of the compression space.
