Disclosed is a CFRP product molding die used for molding a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) into a specific shape. The CFRP product forming mold includes an upper mold having an upper disk supporting the upper core and the upper core, and a lower mold having a lower disk supporting the lower core and the lower core. When the upper mold and the lower mold are closed, a compression space in which the CFRP plate is pressed is formed. At least one of the upper core and the lower core is provided with a plurality of non-isothermal heaters for heating the compression space. The exothermic temperatures of the plurality of non-isothermal heaters are not uniformed to one temperature so as to have a uniform temperature distribution in the entire region of the compression space.
