The present invention relates to integrated regenerative processing method and system for a resource recycling increase of a waste optical cable, which can increase a resource recycling rate of a waste optical cable. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the integrated regenerative processing method for a resource recycling increase of a waste optical cable comprises: a linearization supply step; a lead-in step for each line; an internal metal heating step; a cutting and extracting step; and a stripping step. According to the present invention, a system of automatically selecting, stripping, separating, and collecting a waste optical cable carries out an integrated process, thereby generally and significantly increasing a collection rate of not only an outer cover but also various useful resources.
