The present invention relates to an emergency opening device (60) for a safety door of a subway platform. An emergency door (5, 6) of a subway platform is installed in a screen door and fixed to a door frame by a fixing unit engaged with a panic bar (24, 25) installed on a railway. The emergency door (5, 6) of the subway platform includes a front side opening device (60) opening the emergency door (5, 6) by being arranged on the front side of the platform. The front side opening device (60) includes: a fixing bracket (61) mounted on one side of the front side of a vertical frame (9) in the emergency door (5, 6); a protruding bar (62) protruding from the rear side of the fixing bracket (61) and having a key hole (h1) in which an opening key (K) is inserted, on the front side; an eccentric cam (64) mounted on a front end of the protruding bar to rotate and unlocking the emergency door (5, 6) by operating the fixing unit when rotating by the rotation of the key (K); and a circular spring (66) elastically supporting the eccentric cam (64) in a circumferential direction by being arranged on the inner side of the eccentric cam (64) and the protruding bar (62) and returning the eccentric cam (64) to an initial position.
