The present invention is to provide a microcontainer considering the fact that a biopolymer is filled in a space of a through-pattern on a stencil to form a membrane-shaped biopolymer structure while a solvent evaporates. A microcontainer with the size from tens of m to 1 mm can be manufactured according to the size of the through-pattern. The stencil is attached to a substrate and then biopolymer at low concentration is filled so a container in an array form in which the bottom of the container is attached to the substrate can be manufactured by using the through-pattern of the stencile. Also, while the stencil floats on the air and biopolymer is filled, microstructures with various complex forms such as a bidirectional container, a heterogenous complex microstructure, a structure with a porous biopolymer thin film, etc. can be manufactured.
