Disclosed is a line-up apparatus for blister package, capable of quickly picking up and loading the blister package. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a robot moving guide unit disposed on blister supply and loading lines, and disposed in an interval between the blister supply and loading lines, wherein a longitudinal direction thereof is in parallel to a longitudinal direction of the blister supply and loading lines; and a blister transfer robot mounted on the robot moving guide unit to be placed on the blister supply and loading lines, and picking up blister package from the blister supply line to load the same on the blister loading line.
