According to one embodiment of the present invention, a pollutant reducing apparatus for floating production storage offloading (FPSO) is provided. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the pollutant reducing apparatus for FPSO comprises: an oxidation unit which receives an acidic gas separated from the gas or a feed gas extracted from an oil well through a gas supply pipe and reacts carbon dioxide contained in the acidic gas with an oxidant; a scrubber for spraying water extracted from a gas well or the oil well through a cleaning water supply pipe to an acid gas containing carbon dioxide oxidized by the oxidation unit; a purification unit for electrolyzing water extracted from the gas well or the oil well through a cleaning water supply pipe to generate and supply an oxidant to the oxidation unit or to generate and supply a neutralizer to the scrubber; and a discharge pipe for discharging the cleaning water inside the scrubber.
