The present invention relates to a flexible transparent electrode using a metal nanowire and a manufacturing method thereof at a low temperature. Provided is the flexible transparent electrode in which a metal nanowire network formed by bonding to a polymer interlayer including a plasticizer is permeated. Provided is the method for manufacturing the flexible transparent electrode including the metal nanowire network, which includes the steps of: manufacturing the polymer interlayer in which the plasticizer and a polymer are mixed; casting the polymer interlayer on a plastic substrate with a film shape; forming the metal nanowire network by coating the metal nanowire with an electrostatic spray method; and penetrating the metal nanowire network into the polymer interlayer with a physical method. Accordingly, the present invention can obtain high transmittance and electrical conductivity.
