According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for detecting antigen comprises the following steps: (a) bringing a sample containing a target antigen into contact with an end of a diagnostor made of a membrane which contains antibody against the target antigen at one end, so as to carry out a reaction between the antigen and the antibody; (b) irradiating the antigen-antibody composite formed in the step (a) so as to induce fluorescence resonance energy transfer, and then acquiring a spectrum thereby; and (c) analyzing the spectrum obtained in the step (b) to determine the presence of the target antigen and also to measure concentration.
