The present invention relates to an electronic official stamp encryption system capable of generating an electronic official stamp encryption for information on an applicant applying for a document and information on an issuer issuing the document to assign the electronic official stamp encryption to an electronic official stamp included in the document. The electronic official stamp encryption system includes an electronic official stamp management server (100) that generates an electronic official stamp encryption in an electronic official stamp such that the electronic official stamp including the electronic official stamp encryption is assigned to a document issued. The electronic official stamp management server (100) comprises: an electronic official stamp management unit (110) for managing a pre-stored electronic official stamp; an edge recognition unit (120) for recognizing an edge (10) of the electronic official stamp managed by the electronic official stamp management unit (110); an electronic official stamp encryption generation unit (140) for generating an electronic official stamp encryption to be input to the edge (10) of the electronic official stamp recognized by the edge recognition unit (120); and an electronic official stamp encryption input unit (150) for inputting the electronic official stamp encryption to the edge (10) of the electronic official stamp recognized by the edge recognition unit (120).
