The method may further comprise receiving at the server a first quality control measurement via analysis of the finished first coating product. The method may further include accessing from the database a history operation parameter set associated with the first painting process machine. The method may further comprise automatically identifying a defect in the finished first coating product based on the first quality control measurement value. The method may further include transmitting to the mobile computing device screen a proposed adjustment to the first operating parameter that may correct the fault.
