The present invention relates to a safety, metering, analysis, reporting, technology (SMART) service system based on an M2M service platform system. More specifically, the SMART service system based on an M2M service platform system comprises: an emergency signal generator; an LED lantern; and an application. The emergency signal generator is capable of requesting a terminal authentication to an LED lantern, measuring a temperature, carbon monoxide, and dust, and comparing a measured value with a set value to transmit an emergency signal to the LED lantern when the measured value is more than the set value. The LED lantern includes a gateway to communicate with the emergency signal generator and the application through the gateway, and is capable of receiving a temperature measurement value, a carbon monoxide measurement value, a dust measurement value, and an emergency signal from the emergency signal generator and generating a step-by-step emergency signal based on the emergency signal. The application is connected with the LED lantern to inquire the temperature measurement value, the carbon monoxide measurement value, and the dust measurement value in real time, and is capable of receiving the emergency signal to display the same and controlling the LED lantern.
