The present invention relates to a manual therapy device for an intervertebral disk which controls a symptom of a patient, who has a possibility of developing spinal diseases such as a lumbar disk, a spinal stenosis and the like, or muscular rigidity, through extension motions and traction therapy, and makes a prognosis. The device comprises: a bed in which a patient horizontally lies and has a therapeutic motion; a stretchable string which is made from elastic materials, is extended according to an extent to which a force is applied, and enables rehabilitation through stress generated when the patient on bed pulls the string; a vertical stand which is vertically installed in a central part of both sides of the bed, has a support rod in the horizontal direction in an upper part thereof, and pulls the stretchable string through the support rod; a support stand which protrudes from a surface of the bed and bends knee portions of the patient; and an adjusting stand which adjusts a horizontal height and an inclination direction of the bed depending on the therapeutic motions of the patient, wherein the bed is lifted at the height of support legs installed in a rear surface of the bed. The stress of the elastic materials, from repetitive pulling of the lumbar, the cervical vertebrae and muscle strain, and the weight of the patient are applied to an affected portion of the patient, such that joint gaps of the lumbar and the cervical vertebrae and a protruding disk is located in a right place, and muscles can be relaxed by a stretching movement.
