The present invention relates to a traction therapy apparatus for spinal disc herniation and scoliosis and, more specifically, to an apparatus for treating or preventing cervical disc herniation and lumbar disc herniation by allowing traction to be performed on the neck and upper body of a user. The traction therapy apparatus for spinal disc herniation and scoliosis, according to the present invention, allows for a lower unit price thereof by having a simple structure, and allows traction to be performed on both spinal disc herniation and scoliosis such that neck disc herniation and waist disc herniation can be simultaneously treated and prevented.
